A straightforward process helps you prepare, organize, annotate, and revisit your own locally maintained records.
1. Prepare the information you want to track
Begin with portfolio information and observations already available to you. Decide which dates and details are useful for your personal journal before creating entries.
Data Control Grid uses information that you choose to organize. It does not request wallet credentials, private keys, seed phrases, deposits, or account funding.
2. Create a dated record
Arrange each snapshot as an entry in your local history. A consistent date and title give the record a clear place in the timeline and make it easier to retrieve later.
The software is designed for Binance-compatible portfolio record organization. That compatibility does not represent an official connection with Binance, and the application does not perform exchange actions.
3. Add your own context
Attach personal notes and labels that help explain the entry. You might preserve the source of a record, describe an observation, or clarify why a particular date is relevant to your archive.
Notes are informational. The software does not evaluate them as investment instructions or turn them into transactions.
4. Review historical changes
Move between saved entries and use summaries to examine what changed across the dates in your journal. This retrospective view can help you understand your own record-keeping history without presenting a recommendation about future action.
5. Maintain the archive
Continue adding entries according to your preferred routine. Review older notes for clarity and keep only the locally managed records that remain useful to you.

At no stage does Data Control Grid:
- Open, fund, or manage an account
- Connect to a wallet
- Hold funds or cryptocurrency assets
- Access private keys
- Place orders or execute transactions
- Recommend purchases, sales, or investments
